      28f6ee8 for PHPLIB-892 moved checks for crypt_shared and mongocryptd to skipIfClientSideEncryptionIsNotSupported() in the base FunctionalTestCase class, but left behind some redundant checks in CreateEncryptedCollectionFunctionalTest and the FunctionalTestCase for CSFLE spec tests. Those checks can be removed.
