Add the ability to specify a pipeline to an update within bulk write

      I believe BulkWrite was overlooked when this functionality was added to update and findAndModify commands for PHPLIB-418. While the corresponding spec change did address the update model for bulk writes, there was not a test change specific to bulk writes, which likely lead to this being missed.
