Allow Collection::dropIndex() to accept an IndexInfo object

      Currently, Collection::dropIndex() accepts a name parameter. The index management specification states that we should also support an index model parameter. We should investigate whether the key specification would be sufficient, since it is the only relevant argument for deriving the index's name.
