Change streams are not supported on clusters running the Wired Tiger storage engine. Currently, we don't have a way for running tests on specific storage engines, as a result of which we are now seeing failures with the change stream spec tests on the MMAPv1 storage engine.

We should add a helper method to the `ClientContext` class that allows developers to specify which storage engine a test needs to be run against.
