      Add documentation examples for client side encryption.
      Goals:

      • at least one example in ClientEncryption's doc strings
      • a full example script that configures automatic encryption
      • a full example using explicit encryption with ClientEncryption
      • link to pymongocrypt's installation docs

      kenneth.white's example script from MONGOCRYPT-180 may be a useful starting point: hello_fle_python.py
