Avoid uuidRepresentation deprecation warning in test suite

      This deprecation warning is printed over 1500 times in our test suite. It makes it difficult to read the test output.

Applications will need to explicitly set 'uuidRepresentation=pythonLegacy' in the connection string to preserve current behavior.
