      In PYTHON-2143, we did not fully implement the original specification change as it resulted in a backward-breaking behavior change in the driver that removed support for resuming automatically from CursorNotFound errors.

      Once a decision is made on what the final change streams specification should be in regard to resuming from these errors (see linked tickets), we should implement that behavior in PyMongo.
