RHEL 6.2 is going EOL in November 2020. We should start moving our tests to Amazon1-2018 which provides OpenSSL 1.0.2 (necessary to build CPython 3.7+) already has apache dev libraries installed (necessary for building mod_wsgi) and builds for the server all the way back to MongoDB 2.6.
