Don't Print the value of senstive subtype bytes in the repr

      Context

      While looking around at pymongo I noticed the `bson.binary.Binary` includes it's value in the repr even when the subtype is sensitive (8).

      Definition of done

      When subtype is Senstive the value should not be shown.
