MongoClient should default to connect=False on FaaS environments

      We should consider changing MongoClient to default to connect=False on FaaS environments to avoid fork() problems, see PYTHON-4699.

      PYTHON-4702 is related but this ticket is smaller in scope as it would only change the client behavior for FaaS envs.
