      Context

We should add explicit support for Python 3.13, which will have a final release in October. Because we are using cibuildwheel for releases, we will be using 3.13.0rc2, which is binary-compatible with the final release.

      Definition of done

Add testing and trove-classifier for Python 3.13 support.
