      Context

      I am currently experiencing issues with the async version of PyMongo blocking my event loop due to PYTHON-4636, which seems to be long completed. On the releases page, it seems like 4.10.2 only has that issue included, and it's already done since October. It would really help me and my team if 4.10.2 would be released as soon as you can.
