With Async PyMongo release, we need to update the following assets to inform users:

• Motor Docs in ReadtheDocs : https://motor.readthedocs.io/en/stable/
  • Warning message that it has been sunset in favour of Async PyMongo with link to "migrate to async PyMongo from Motor". This should be a global banner so that the warning message is visible from all pages. 
  • The warning should also contain the support policy for Motor outlined here.

  • The message should contain the same information as outlined above
• Motor project in PyPi: https://pypi.org/project/motor/
  • The message should contain the same information as outlined above
• PyMongo Github Project: https://github.com/mongodb/mongo-python-driver
