On some special times (e.g. changing primary server), we see errors with this message in response of `save` calls.

InvalidDocument: BSON document too large (1080 bytes) - the connected server supports BSON document sizes up to 0 bytes.

What does this mean? (we use pymongo, but it seems it's unrelated to driver.)
