Use `Optional`s instead of `NSNull` in Swift API

      If we decide to improve the type safety of the Swift API (https://github.com/realm/realm-cocoa/issues/3969), we can take it a step further by using [String : Any?] and [Any?] instead of specifying a nonexistent value with NSNull.
