Devise public API to trigger client reset for a Realm file

      Since client resets are a fairly important aspect of error handling, we should give users a convenient API to trigger them and write tests for client reset handling. While they can do that today with a function similar to what we're using in our integration tests, this is error prone and not exactly discoverable.
