Update default base URL to new domain

      Update the default base URL domain from realm.mongodb.com to services.cloud.mongodb.com.

      In addition the default websocket address will be updated from ws.realm.mongodb.com to ws.services.cloud.mongodb.com for the base domain.

      For region specific base URL domains, the websocket domains are being updated from ws.<site-prefix>.realm.mongodb.com to <site-prefix>.ws.services.cloud.mongodb.com. For example, wss://ws.us-east-1.aws.realm.mongodb.com will be updated to wss://us-east-1.aws.ws.services.cloud.mongodb.com

      Any tests that rely on the default domain of realm.mongodb.com will also need to be updated.
