[C-API] Align `realm_results_average` and `Query::average_X` functions

      I have spotted a discrepancy between how the Query API and the Results APIs compute the average value after testing some use cases for aggregators in both the Java SDK and Kotlin SDK: the Query API returns 0 when there are no objects in a particular table whilst the results API returns a null Mixed.

      We should find a way on how to align both APIs.
