Rewrite the LINQ provider

      As reported in the LINQ improvements scope the current implementation of the LINQ provider is error prone to work with and cumbersome to extend.

      We need to collaborate with the Core team in order to create a new query API that uses a query representation object that is more straightforward to create starting from expression trees.
