Customer request for this based off needing to make a destructive schema change. Since synced Realms can only add properties, if you need to make a destructive change then you need to create a new Realm. This can be time consuming in Studio if you need to add back all the columns and classes that didn't change.

As a result, it would be great to create a new Realm based off the subset of models/classes of existing Realm. I am imaging a dialog box that would appear where you could select which ones you want to keep when creating a copy of an existing Realm. Then you could add the new class/property(s) to the new Realm.

Today, the workaround is to leave Studio and use JS or .Net to quickly script this, but some teams might be unfamiliar with these languages and prefer Studio.
