I would suggest to change the text to "Failed to contact Realm Cloud at <???>".
Is there something people can do to see why? report the issue?
We likely need to diagnose the issue a bit.
Is there internet connection? (ping google.com)
Is there ping connection to Cloud service?
Anything else?
