A user might want to place a new Realm on a specific sync worker.

Describe the solution you'd like

When creating a new Realm on a server, it would be nice to be able to optionally enter the label of the sync worker on which the Realm should be placed. Bonus points if the sync label auto-completes to values already in the /__admin Realm.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Manually editing the /__admin Realm before creating the Realm.
