There is currently no way of assigning a role to a user, but this would also require a way for the Realm to read users from the admin Realm - possibly by opening the Realm (might be annoying if it's large and need to be re-downloaded - as we cannot open the same as the administration window opened) or alternatively via IPC with the server administration window.
