No Cursor Found error using noCursorTimeout and secondaryPreferred read preference

      Running into `Mongo::Error::OperationFailure: cursor id 302479371095 not found (43)`

      tried `.no_timout` and `.batch_size()` with different numbers, same thing.
      Not much info online...

      This is pretty urgent.
      Please help.
