parallelCollectionScan is fundamentally incompatible with the current concept of sessions, see spec change.

The parallel_scan helper should be changed to not implicitly use a session if an explicit session is not passed by the application. Explicit sessions are still supported and the explicit session should be used for both the initial aggregate command all all cursors.
