SDAM event logging reports topology names lowercased, which worked prior to the ReplicaSetNoPrimary/ReplicaSetWithPrimary split but currently the lowercased names are awkward to read. Let's output the class names as they are in camel case.

Additionally some of the events report their full class name in summary output and some have the truncated class name. Let's shorten all of the events so that the space is productively utilized.
