Original Idea:

In order to distinguish driver regressions from server behavior changes breaking the test suite, we should run tests against snapshots of server-latest that we manually bump in addition to using the actual latest which can change behavior at any time.

Final directive:

After speaking with the team, we have decided to just test against latest. This may cause intermittent failures but it seems like they will be few and far between and they are worth fixing when they come up instead of manually updating the snapshot.
