https://docs.mongodb.com/ruby-driver/master/tutorials/ruby-driver-create-client/#details-on-tls-connections says:

> To connect to the MongoDB cluster using TLS, pass tls Ruby or URI option to the Mongo::Client constructor.

All of the Ruby options only have ssl variants, i.e. there is no 'tls' Ruby option.

This sentence needs to separately call out ssl Ruby option and tls URI option.
