In https://docs.mongodb.com/ruby-driver/master/tutorials/ruby-driver-create-client/#ruby-options we say that the default socket timeout is 5 seconds. Lower on the same page in https://docs.mongodb.com/ruby-driver/master/tutorials/ruby-driver-create-client/#socket-timeout we say there is no default socket timeout.

Need to investigate which is correct and adjust the docs accordingly.
