Add server 4.9 configurations to Evergreen

    • Fully Compatible

      Since 4.7.0 and 4.9.0-alpha5 behave differently with respect to versioned API, we need 4.9.0 in Evergreen as well.

      Specific difference encountered: 4.7.0 accepts api parameters for database aggregation (listing sessions), 4.9.0-alpha5 does not.
