Some find options are not sent to server

      In https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/RUBY-3046 it was reported that no_cursor_timeout find option is not sent to the server. Looking at the code, the same issue appears to affect:

      • allow_partial_results
      • await_data
      • single_batch
      • snapshot
      • tailable_cursor
      • tailable
