Add Ruby 3.2 to test configurations and compatibility matricies

      Ruby 3.2 released on December 25, 2022. We should add this version to our test configurations. If everything works well, we should add 3.2 to the compatibility matrix of the next release.

       

      We should also add test configuration with YJIT enabled since it it not experimental now. It requires adding rust compiler to the toolchain.
