Fix red specs on latest server

      A few tests are failing in master against the latest server. This appears to be due to a change in the server that has affected other drivers as well.

      It is concerning that this is not affecting all of our tests that run against the latest server, though. We need to understand (1) what we can do to work around the changes in the server, and (2) why some of our builds against latest are not affected by this change.
