Ruby's evergreen tasks emit a line that tells you what command to run in order to run the corresponding test locally, via Docker. However, the tooling around that does not currently support Apple's M1/M2 chips. For troubleshooting some of these test failures that crop up in Evergreen, it would be really nice to have (almost necessary to have) some tweaks to the generated Docker configuration so that Apple silicon is a supported platform.
