      1. What would you like to communicate to the user about this feature?

"Client-Side Operations Timeout" (CSOT) is introduced in this release. Most timeout-related options have been deprecated and unified under a single, new timeout_ms option. Deprecated options include socket_timeout, wait_queue_timeoutwtimeout, max_time_ms, and max_commit_time_ms.

Enables support for server version 8.0.

Adds support for range v2 queries with queryable encryption, including a new trim_factor parameter.

      2. Would you like the user to see examples of the syntax and/or executable code and its output?

Probably not necessary, as the changes aren't necessarily new features, just updated or deprecated parameters.

      3. Which versions of the driver/connector does this apply to?

      2.21.0

Prepare release notes and bump version, and then release 2.21.0. We're skipping 2.20.2 because master currently includes a lot more than just the tickets for 2.20.2, and we might as well go all in, here.
