We are seeing some error logs without hostname info, is it possible to add hostname to the message?

Examples:

• [6]: Exec error resulting in state FAILURE :: caused by :: operation was interrupted;
• Multiple errors: [6]: operation was interrupted; [6]: operation was interrupted...
• [6]: operation was interrupted
