We've had feedback from a customer that they'd like to display binary subtypes 3 and 4 as uuids in the odbc-driver.

In order to support subtype 3, we need to know their desired uuid representation. This is a supported uri paramater, and it would be nice if we could inspect this value and store it somewhere for our own uses.
