      Background & Motivation

      Use of "In-Use Encryption" requires the feature flag "in-use-encryption-unstable". This is documented as follows:

      As the name implies, the API for this feature is unstable, and may change in backwards-incompatible ways in minor releases.

      Client-Side Field Level encryption (CSFLE) is a stable driver feature. Parts of Queryable Encryption are a stable drivers feature. See the "Downstream Changes Summary" of DRIVERS-2614
