ObjectId currently provides two helpers, [https://docs.rs/bson/0.14.1/bson/oid/struct.ObjectId.html#method.counter|counter] and timestamp to get specific parts of the ObjectId. We should decide if we in fact want to provide this functionality, and if not, remove them.
