reqwest in itself is a heavy crate. I see only one mention of it at mongo-rust-driver/http.rs at master · mongodb/mongo-rust-driver (github.com). We should move this functionality behind a feature flag so that users who don't rely on AWS auth don't need to pull in reqwest.
