Race between server selection requesting a check and server monitoring can lead to server selection timeout

      The sdam::test::min_heartbeat_frequency test fails every now and then. We should investigate the cause of the failures and fix them.

      Ran into this error when running a test-latest-sharded_cluster (variant Ubuntu 20.04 Auth TLS with async-std) check on Evergreen.
