This started as a TODO ticket, see below. However, I was looking into adding the tests and I found it didn't work. I suspect there are two issues:
(1) SERVER-99529 is preventing some SBE code from being used/tested.
(2) The 'classic' DocumentSourceInternalSetWindowFields can spill to disk via the "PartitionIterator", and this case does not seem to be handled.
