Expand the int testing to thoroughly test $scoreFusion stages that use $geoNear stages in their pipeline(s). Such testing will probably include a test similar to ranked_fusion_geo_near.js and perhaps more $geoNear-focused unit tests under document_source_score_fusion_test.cpp. 

This is an example $scoreFusion input from the TDD that uses $geoNear in its pipelines. It should be used as an input to an aggregate command in at least one int test.
