      https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/SERVER-101126 Introduced the implementation of TextSearchPredicate and some basic unit tests for $encStrStartsWith. These tests do not provide testing for TextSearchPredicate when the find parsed payload is present. As part of this task, implement tests for the code path with encrypted bin data payloads.
