Support database subdirectories in live restore

      The directoryPerDB and directoryForIndexes configurations create subdirectories within the WiredTiger home directory for collections/indexes. Currently, the live restore is not aware of this directory structure when restoring to a new destination path. We need to ensure the destination consists of the same directory structure as the source we're restoring from.
