Error code 13135 running rs.reconfig()

      On the primary, I do

      use admin;
      db.auth(...);
      conf = rs.conf();

      set conf to:

      get the error:

      I looked up the error code at https://github.com/mongodb/mongo/blob/master/docs/errors.md but was blank.
