Remove mongot/rankFusion-dependent logic for adding a view's ResolvedNamespace

      SERVER-103684 will remove the FF check and change the structure of how we store the view's namespace (the user's original namespace) and the view pipeline. After this is done, we want to remove the checks that only allow this addition to happen inside of $rankFusion or mongot pipelines. We can also remove the `originalNs` (SERVER-103281) added in expCtx since it will be duplicated. There also needs to be a change to expCtxForTest.
