      The kVersionContextIgnored value can be used as a way to bypass relying on the VersionContext in feature flag checks. It should only be used only when it is strictly needed, since it might introduce inconsistencies with respect to the FCV seen by the check. To stress that, we should change the name of kVersionContextIgnored to something more descriptive, for example kVersionContextIgnoredUnsafeUseWithCare.
