BSON-format Audit Logs Need Remote and Local Address Fields

      The following fields, present in the text version of the audit logs, are missing from the BSON version.

       local: { ip: <String>, port: <NumberInt> },
 remote: { ip: <String>, port: <NumberInt> }

      The spec should be reviewed for other missing fields, as well.
