Under 2.4 we report the following:

Under 2.6 we report:
2014-06-03T16:19:37.355+0000 [conn136581] assertion 17287 Can't canonicalize query: BadValue bad geo query XXXXXX
The new 2.6 error message is not as clear about the nature of the problem as the 2.4 error message
